Sahil Dua is an SAP project manager with over fifteen years of experience spanning national and international engagements in ERP implementation, project management, and large team leadership. He currently leads end-to-end SAP project lifecycles for a global banking client, overseeing a workforce of more than ninety consultants across multiple parallel workstreams.
His career reflects a steady rise through technical and leadership roles across several industries, including banking, finance, manufacturing, and power transmission. Having managed delivery teams in India, Spain, Belgium, and beyond, he brings a global perspective to complex programs, coordinating offshore and onshore teams while balancing scope, schedule, and budget.
At the technical core of his profile is deep expertise in SAP analytics and business intelligence. He has worked extensively with SAP BI, BusinessObjects, HANA, Datasphere, and SAP Analytics Cloud, with a particular strength in integrating business intelligence with other platforms to ensure a single, trusted source of truth for executive KPIs, management reporting, and data analytics.
His delivery experience covers the full spectrum of program types, from implementation and rollout to HANA migration and long-term support. Across these engagements, he has managed contract transitions, navigated demanding compliance requirements, and maintained stable, high-performing support environments, often in high-stakes, zero-downtime settings.
His credentials reinforce both his delivery discipline and technical depth, including SAP Activate project management certifications, SAP BTP and Business Data Cloud certifications, and specialist qualifications in BW on HANA and Business Planning and Consolidation, alongside a B.Tech in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Drawing on this blend of leadership and analytics expertise, Sahil Dua writes to help project leaders, consultants, and analytics teams understand how large SAP programs are delivered successfully and how business intelligence can be integrated to support confident, data-driven decisions.
